Catalyst Partners Acquisition Files for $400M IPO

Catalyst Partners Acquisition registered with the SEC to offer 40 million units at $10 each. A unit will consist of one Class A ordinary share and one-fifth of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50.

The new SPAC in the filing said it will target disruptive software companies.

Catalyst Partners is led by Dr. James Cash, chairman and CEO. He is the retired senior associate dean of the Harvard Business School.

The SPAC plans to apply for a Nasdaq listing under CPARU. Read more
