Forest Road Acquisition II Prices Upsized $305M IPO

Forest Road Acquisition II priced its upsized IPO of 30.5 million units at $10 each — and increase of 500,000 more units than anticipated.

Units begin trading today on the NYSE under FRXB.U. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-fifth of one redeemable warrant, with whole warrants exercisable at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin trading separately, shares and redeemable warrants will list under FRXB and FRXB WS, respectively.

The SPAC intends to concentrate its search for a target business operating in the technology, media, telecommunications, and consumer (“TMTC”) space. Read more.
