SoftBank’s SVF Investment 3 Prices $280M IPO

SVF Investment 3 priced its IPO of 28 million Class A ordinary shares at $10 each. The offer was 20 percent lower than the 35 million units to company planned to offer in its initial filing in February.

Shares begin trading today on the Nasdaq under SVFC.

SVF 3 will target companies involved in artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things.
