Warburg Pincus Capital I-A Prices $250M IPO

Warburg Pincus Capital I-A priced its IPO of 25 million units at $10 each.

A unit consists of one share of common stock and one-fifth of a warrant, exercisable at $11.50.

Units trade on the NYSE under WPCA.U. The offering is expected to close March 9.

The SPAC in its initial registration with the SEC said it will work to identify a target with strong fundamental growth that could benefit from Warburg Pincus’ experience. Read more.
