Tech-focused Tribe Capital Growth I priced its IPO of 24 million units at $10 each.
Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under ATVCU. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant, with whole warrants exercisable at $11.50 to purchase one share of Class A common stock. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants will list under ATVC and ATVCW, respectively.
The new SPAC is led by Chairman and CEO Arjun Sethi who co-founded Tribe Capital Management in 2018. Read more.
