Altimar Acquisition II

Shutterfly is in talks to go public through a merger with Altimar Acquisition Corp. II, The Wall Street Journal reports, citing people familiar with the matter. If it comes to pass, the deal would happen less than two years after Apollo Global Management took the online-photo-book maker private.

The company is said it be discussing a deal that would value it at between $4 billion and $5 billion, including debt. Read more.
