G Squared Ascend II registered today with the SEC to offer 12.5 million units at $10 each.
The sponsor of the tech-focused SPAC is an affiliate of G Squared Equity Management, an investment advisory and VC firm. The SPAC is led by Larry Aschebrook, founder and managing partner of G Squared.
