Isos Acquisition priced its IPO of 22.5 million units at $10 per unit. Thew new SPAC offered 2.5 million more units than anticipated.
Units begin trading today on the NYSE under ISOS.U.. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50. After the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under ISOS and ISOS WS, respectively.
The offering is expected to close March 5.
