Freedom Acquisition I closed its IPO of 34.5 milion units at $10 eac, including 4.5 million units sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriter’s over–allotment option.
Units trade on the NYSE under FACT.U. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at $11.50 for one share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and redeemable warrants are expected to list under FACT and FACT WS, respectively.
