Supernova Partners Acquisition II priced its IPO of 30 million units at $10 each. The SPAC offered 5 million more units than initially registered last month.
Supernova II plans to partner with a technology company focused on enterprise solutions.
Supernova II is led by Spencer Rascoff, who co-founded Hotwire and Zillow and who led Zillow as CEO for nearly a decade; Alexander Klabin, who co-founded Senator Investment Group; Robert Reid, who worked for 21 years at Blackstone in its Private Equity Group; and Michael Clifton, who was most recently a senior investment professional at The Carlyle Group.
The SPAC’s units begin trading today on the NYSE under SNII.U. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share of Supernova II and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant, each whole warrant exercisable to purchase a Class A ordinary share at $11.50. After the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under SNII and SNII WS, respectively. Read more.
