Warrior Technologies Acquisition Prices Upsized $240M IPO

Warrior Technologies Acquisition priced its upsized IPO of 24 million units at $10 per unit — an increase of 4 million units.

Units begin trading today on the NYSE under WARR.U. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-half of one warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable for a share of Class A common stock at $11.50. Once the shares and warrants begin separate trading, they are expected to list under WARR and WARR.WS, respectively.

The SPAC plans to pursue a business combination with one or more companies in the environmental services sector with a focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices. Read more.
