BOA Acquisition Prices Upsized $200M IPO

BOA Acquisition priced its upsized IPO of 20 million units at $10 each. The SPAC offered 2.5 million more units than initially planned.

Units begin trading today on the NYSE under BOAS.U. Each consists of one share of common stock and one-third of a redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable to purchase one share of Class A common stock at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, stock and warrants are expected to list under BOAS and BOAS.W, respectively.

The company intends to focus on combining with “PropTech” businesses that provide technological solutions and innovation to the broader real estate industry with an aggregate enterprise value greater than $500 million. Read more.
