Provident Acquisition Shares & Warrants to Begin Separate Trading

Provident Acquisition announced that its shares and warrants may be traded separately startinfg March 1. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq under PAQCU, and shares and warrants that are separated will trade under PAQC and PAQCW, respectively.

Provident raised $230 million in an IPO last month.

The SPAC is targeting consumption-focused companies with disruptive growth potential that have operations in Asia. Read more.
