FTAC Athena Acquisition priced its IPO of 22 million units at $10 each.
Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under FTAAU. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-fourth of one warrant, each whole warrant exercisable for one Class A ordinary share at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants will list on the Nasdaq under FTAA and FTAAW, respectively.
FTAC intends to pursue an acquisition in the fintech space. The SPAC is led by Chairwoman Betsy Cohen, who also serves as chair of FinTech V.
