Fintech-focused Figure Acquisition I priced its IPO of 25 million units at $10 per unit.
Units bergin trading today under FACA.U. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, stock and redeemable warrants are expected to list on the NYSE under FACA and FACA WS, respectively.
