Kismet Acquisition Three priced its IPO of 25 million units at $10 each.
Units begin trading otday on the Nasdaq under KIIIU. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and redeemable warrants are expected to list under KIII and KIIIW, respectively.
The SPAC said it will focus on companies in the internet and technology sectors operating in Europe and Russia as well as businesses established by founders with Russian origins that operate in those regions or other countries. Read more.
