Alpha Partners Technology Merger filed with the SEC to offer 25 million units at $10 each.
The new SPAC will focus on technology businesses that address large and acute market needs or pain-points via the application of software or technology-enabled business models, with emphasis on businesses powered by long-term secular trends.
Alpha Partners Technology Merger is led by CEO Matt Krna, a venture partner at Alpha Partners and the founder and managing partner of Ladera Venture Partners. He was most recently co-founder and managing partner of Princeville Global, a San Francisco and Hong Kong-based growth-stage fund focused on backing breakout-stage technology companies.
