Lerer Hippeau Files for $200M IPO

Lerer Hippeau Acquisition registered with the SEc to offer 20 million units at $10 each.

The new SPAC said it will focus on technology-enabled businesses.

Lerer Hippeau is led by Chairman Kenneth Lerer, who is a managing partner at early stage VC firm Lerer Hippeau. He co-founded The Huffington Post and was formerly the chairman of BuzzFeed and Betaworks. 

The SPAC intends to list on the Nasdaq under LHAAU. Read more.
