VC Firm Khosla Ventures Files for 3 SPAC IPOs Totalling $1.2B

Venture capatial firm Khosla Ventures registered three new SPACs with the SEC to raise a total of $1.2 billion in IPOs.

All are focused on companies in the technology sector.

Khosla Ventures Acquisition I filed to offer 30 million units at $10 each for a $300 million raise. The SPAC plans to list on the Nasdaq under KVSA. Read more.

Khosla Ventures Acquisition II registered to offer 40 million units at $10 each for a $400 million raise. The SPAC plans to list on the Nasdaq under KVSB. Read more.

Khosla Ventures Acquisition III registered to offer 50 million units at $10 per unit for a $500 million raise. The SPAC plans to list on the Nasdaq under KVSC. Read more.

Founder Vinod Khosla is an entrepreneur, investor and technologist. In 2004, he founded VC firm Khosla Ventures. Khosla holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi, a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
