Ex-UniCredit SpA CEO Jean Pierre Mustier plans to raise funds for a SPAC, backed by billionaire Bernard Arnault, who is the richest man in Europe, and French asset manager Tikehau Capital, Bloomberg reports.
Mustier is working on the SPAC with former Bank of America executive Diego de Giorgi, according to a statement on Monday from Tikehau. The company will invest in financial services, including wealth management and fintechs, it said. Read more.
