Supernova Partners Acquisition

Supernova Partners Acquisition Company II registered with the SEC to offer 25 million units at $10 each.

The new SPAC in the S-1 filing said it intends to partner with a technology company focusing on enterprise solutions.

The SPAC is led by Spencer Rascoff, who also serves as co-chair of Supernova I. His first Supernova SPAC is also tech-focused, following a raise of $402.5 million in October. Rascoff founded Zillow and was CEO from 2008 to 2018. He currently serves as chairman of dot.LA and chairman of Pacaso.
