Kernel Prices Upsized IPO at $265M

Kernel Group Holdings upsized its offer 6 percent to raise $265 million. The SPAC offered 1.5 million more units than the 25 million units originally planned.

The SPAC will target a business in the Commerce Enablement, Supply Chain, Logistics and related Technology Infrastructure sectors, with an enterprise value of more than $1 billion.
