New Vista Acquisition Files for $200M IPO

New Vista Acquisition registered with the SEC to offer 20 million units at $10 each to raise $200 million.

The SPAC will target businesses operating within space, defense and communications, and advanced air mobility and logistics industries.

New Vista is led by Chairman and CEO Dennis Muilenburg, who from 2016 to 2019 was chairman of The Boeing Company. He was ousted from Boeing n the aftermath of two crashes of the 737 MAX and the aircraft’s subsequent groundings. 

New Vista intends to list on the Nasdaq under NVSAU. Read more.
