MDH Acquisition pirced its upsized IPO of 24 million units at $10 per unit, an increase of 4 million more units, or 20 percent greater, than originally planned when the SPAC filed with the SEC last month.
The SPAC plans to concentrate on companies involved in transportation and logistics, telecommunications, financial services and professional services.
