Advanced Merger Partners Files for $250M IPO

Advanced Merger Partners filed with the SEC to raise $200 million through an offer of 25 million units at $10 each.

The SPAC’s sponsor is an affiliate of investment bank Houlihan Lokey and investment advisory firm Saddle Point. Advanced Merger has not identified any specific insdutry sector to target for an acquisition, saying in the filing that it will leverage the connections and expertise at Houlihan and Saddle Point to attract a business.

The SPAC has applied for a listing on the NYSE under AMPI.U. Read more.
