WeWork is in talks to combine with a SPAC affiliated with Bow Capital Management and at least one other unidentified acquisition vehicle, The Wall Street Journal reports.
The deal would give the office-leasing company access to the public markets more than a year after its high-profile failure to stage a traditional IPO.
