Climate Real Impact Solutions II, PIMCO’s second SPAC, priced its $210 million IPO by offering 21 million units at $10 each.
Climate Real Impact is focused on companies engaged in carbon reduction initiatives that address global warming.
The SPAC’s units start trading today on the NYSE under CLIM.U. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the SPAC expects that its Class A common stock and warrants will list under CLIM and CLIM WS,’ respectively. Read more.
