Science Strategic Acquisition Corp. Alpha Prices Upsized $270M IPO

Science Strategic Acquisition Corp. Alpha offered 4.5 million more units than initially planned to price its $270 million at $10 per unit. That represents a 20 percent upsize from the SPAC’s anticipated $225 million raise through an offer of 22.5 million units filed earlier this month.

The SPAC’s target sectors include direct-to-consumer (“D2C”) brands, D2C services & marketplaces, and mobile & social entertainment.
