Lazard Growth I Files for $500M IPO

Lazard Growth Acquisition I filed with the SEC to raise $500 million by offerign 50 million units at $10 each.

The new SPAC in the filing said it will target the growth-oriented subsectors of the healthcare, technology, energy transition, financial and consumer sectors.

This is the first SPAC sponsored by advisory and financial management firm Lazard, and is led by Executive Cahirman Alexander Stern. He has served as president of Lazard and Lazard Group since June 2019 and as a managing director since 2002.
