Kismet Acquisition Two Files for $200M IPO

Kismet Acquisition Two filed today with the SEC to raise $200 million in an IPO of 20 million units priced at $10 each.

Kismet Two will target companies in the Internet and technology sectors operating in Russia and Europe.

The SPAC is led by CEO and Director Ivan Tavrin, founder and principal of investment firm Kismet Capital Group. 

Also today, the parent company filed for Kismet Acquisition Three to offer 25 million units for a $250 million raise. As with Kismet Two, this SPAC is also focused on the Internet and technology sectors in Europe and Russia.
