SCP & CO Healthcare Acquisition Prices Upsized $200M IPO

SCP & CO Healthcare Acquisition priced its upsized IPO of 20 million units at $10 per unit. The SPAC initially planned to offer 17. 5 million units, as noted in an amednded filing last week.

Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under SHACU. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the stock and warrants are expected to list under SHAC and SHACW, respectively.
