Crescent Cove Acquisition in a filing with the SEC said it plans to offer 20 million units at $10 each to raise $200 million in an IPO.

The new SPAC said it will target high-growth technology and tech-enabled businesses in Southeast Asia in the consumer internet, ecommerce, and software industries.

Crescent Cove is led by CEO, CFO and Chairman Jun Hong Heng, founder of San Francisco-based tech investment firm Crescent Cove Advisors.

The SPAC said it will apply to list on the Nasdaq under COVA. Read more.
