Spartan Acquisition II Announces Separate Trading of Stock and Warrants

Energy SPAC Spartan Acquisition II announced that the shares and warrants comprising its units may be traded separately starting today.

Spartan raised $345 million in an IPO and PIPE last month.

Shares of Class A common stock and warrants that are separated will trade on the NYSE under SPRQ and SPRQ WS, respectively. Those units not separated will continue to trade under SPRQ U.
