Hennessy Capital Investment V priced its upsized initial public offering of 30 million units at $10 per unit. The units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under HCICU.
The SPAC’s raise represents a 20 percent increase from the $250 million initially disclosed in a December S-1 filing.
Hennessy said it will target a US company involved in sustainable industrial technology and or infrastructure, with an aggregate enterprise value of $1 billion or greater.
