Class Acceleration Prices $225M IPO

Ed-tech SPAC Class Acceleration offered 22.5 million units at $10 each to raise $225 million in an IPO.

The new SPAC plans to target companies in education technology.

Class Acceleration is led by Co-Executive Chairman Joseph Parsons, who is a managing member of private investment firm 1913 Ventures. Co-Exeutive Chairman Robert Daugherty is dean of the Forbes School of Business & Technology.
