Clarim Acquisition Files for $250M IPO

Clarim Acquisition filed with the SEC to offer 25 million units at $10 per unit for a $250 million IPO.

The newly-formed SPAC said in the filing it would focus on companies primarily within the consumer-facing e-commerce sector.

Chairman and CEO James McCann has served as chairman of 1-800-Flowers.com since 2016. McCann founded that company in 1976 and served as the CEO until 2016.
