Provident Acquisition Closes $230M IPO

Provident Acquisition announced the closing of its initial public offering of 23 million units at a price of $10 each, including an additional 3 million units sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.

Units trade on the Nasdaq under PAQCU. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the company expects that shares and warrants will list under PAQC and PAQCW, respectively.
