Adit EdTech Upsizes IPO 20% to $240M

Adit EdTech registered an additional 4 million units at $10 each to raise its IPO to $240 million from the $200 million initially anticipated last month.

Adit in previous filings said it intends to focus on businesses in the education, training and edtech industries, especially early stage companies.

The SPAC is led by Chairman Eric Munson, co-founder of Adit whose career arc includes work at Hambrecht & Quist, Morgan Stanley, Franklin/Templeton, Seneca, Wentworth Hauser & Violich, and Acorn Partners.
