Foresight Acquisition Files for $275M IPO

New SPAC Foresight Acquisition registered to offer 27.5 million units at $10 each to raise $275 million in an IPO.

The SPAC is focused on the technology-enabled consumer and consumer healthcare industries. 

Chairman Greg Wasson is a former CEO of Walgreens.
