​Churchill Capital VII Files for $300M IPO

Churchill Capital Corp.

It’s a busy week for M. Klein and Company, registering IPOs for two SPACs within days of each other. Churchill Capital VII today registered with the SEC to offer 30 million units at $10 each to raise $300 million. Churchill VI filed for a $400 million IPO after the marketr close Jan. 8.

The SPAC is led by CEO and Chairman Michael Klein, founder and managing partner of strategic advisory firm M. Klein and Company.

The new SPAC plans to list on the NYSE. A ticker symbol has not been selected, according to the S-1 filing. Read more.
