Powered Brands Prices Upsized $240M IPO

Powered Brands offered 4 million units more than initially planned to raise $240 million in an IPO, representing a 20 percent increase.

Founded by entrepreneur Katherine Power, the SPAC in a filing said it plans to focus on a consumer business. 

Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under POWRU. The offer is expected to close Jan. 12. Read more.
