GigCapital3 Files Prelim Proxy on Lightning eMotors Deal

GigCapital3 filed a preliminary proxy on its proposed $651 million merger with electric fleet vehicle manufacturer Lightning eMotors.

The SPAC inserted a placeholder for an as-yet unannounced date for a shareholder vote in 2021.

Funding support includes a $125 million PIPE from BP Technology Ventures.  Read more.
