Clene Nanomedicine announced the closing of its merger with Tottenham Acquisition I, following shareholder approval earlioer this week. Proceeds from the transaction totaled approximately $31.9 million, including funds held in Tottenham’s trust and concurrent PIPE financing led by existing Clene shareholders.
The combined company operates under the name Clene Inc., and begins trading today on the Nasdaq under CLNN.
