New SPAC Ark Global Acquisition filed to offer 25 million units at $10 each to raise $250 milion in an IPO.
The SPAC said it will target the disruptive technology sector with a spotlight on Consumer Internet and Marketplaces, Healthtech, Fintech and Mobility.
Ark is led by CEO Rich Williams, former CEO of Groupon.
