Northern Star Acquisition in its latest filing included the transcript of an interview with BarkBox co-founder Matt Meeker on CNBC’s Closing Bell.
Barkbox and Northern Star Acquisition earlier this month entered into a definitive merger agreement, which would give the company an enterprise value of approximately $1.6 billion, including debt.
