Marlin Technology said it plans to offer 30 million units at $10 each to raise $300 million in an IPO. The amount in the amended filing remains unchanged from the initial registration of units in November.
The SPAC said it will focus on companies in the tech sector with enterprise valuations of $1.5 billion to $3 billion.
