HumanCo Acquisition in a filing said it completed its IPO of 28.75 million units, including 3.75 million units sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriter’s option to cover overallotments. Net proceeds from the IPO, together with proceeds from private placements totaled $312.5 million.
The SPAC said it will focus on consumer businesses, especially in the healthy living space. Read more.
