Senior Connect Acquisition I closed its IPO of 41.4 million units at a price of $10 per unit, including 5,400,000 units issued pursuant to the exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option in full. The raise was 13 percent greater than the $360 million registered in an amended filing last week.
Units trade on the Nasdaq under “SNRHU”. After the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under “SNRH” and “SNRHW,” respectively.
The SPAC said it intends to focus its search on businesses serving the senior market or capable of being repositioned to do so. Read more.
