Globis Closes $150M IPO

Globis Acquisition in an 8-K filing said it consummated its IPO of 11.5 million units, including the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase an additional 1.5 million units to cover over-allotments.

The units were sold at an offering price of $10 per unit, generating gross proceeds of $115 million.

The SPAC has said it intends to target companies focused on economic globalization and emerging markets.
