Automotive tech manufacturer indie Semiconductor and Thunder Bridge Acquisition II today announced they have entered into a definitive agreement for a business combination. Thunder Bridge would acquire the company in an $840 million all-cash transaction. Upon closing of the transaction, the combined operating entity will be named indie Semiconductor and will list on the Nasdaq under INDI.
